A NOTE ON MEDIATION CONFIDENTIALITY
In addition to this general privacy policy, all mediation sessions conducted through LMC are subject to strict confidentiality requirements under South Carolina’s ADR Rules. Personal, financial, and case-related materials shared during the mediation process may only be shared with the assigned mediator and, where applicable, with observers who have signed a legally binding Agreement to Mediate. Notes taken during a mediation session are destroyed at the end of the session.
